Please read the following notes carefully. If you do not agree with or understand any part then please discuss it with your driving instructor.
Lesson Fees
Fees will be quoted at the time of booking and may be increased at any time. Fees may be paid by cash direct to your instructor or by card through our website.
Block Booking
Block bookings must be paid in advance of lessons commencing and must be used within 6 months off commencing lessons. After this period lessons are no longer valid and cannot be redeemed. Gift vouchers Gift vouchers must be redeemed in 1 year of purchase and have no more than a 6 months gap one started.
Lesson Appointments
Make all appointments with your instructor and give as much notice as possible of dates and times you would like, this will allow you to book your lessons at times that are convenient for you – remember 30 or 40 other pupils may also be rying to book lessons in the same week.
Cancellations
You must give 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep any appointment. The full lesson fee will be payable if less than 48 hours notice is given. Frequent hanges to pre-agreed times may cause a refusal to book more times. Pick up & finish location for lessons You should agree where your lessons will start and finish when making any lesson booking. If you request a different meeting or finishing place to that already agreed, your lesson may be shortened to cover any additional travelling time to avoid disrupting other lessons and tests.
Test Dates
Consult and agree dates and times with your instructor before booking any test. Notify your instructor immediately of test dates, times and locations to reserve he car. Ensure that you have the required documentation when attending for test.

You should declare any penalty points, convictions or disqualifications to your driving instructor before you start your driving lessons.
Use of car for a test
A car will not be available for a test if you have taken less than 5 hours of lessons with your instructor. Your instructor reserves the absolute right to refuse at any time the use of the car for test (or lesson):
• if your driving is considered below the standard required for the test or it is considered not likely to reach the required standard in the time available • if your driving standard has been adversely affected by the cancellation of lessons for whatever
• if you appear unwell or to be affected by the influence of alcohol, drugs taken or medical or any other purpose or any other reason
• if lesson or test or any other fees remain unpaid
Lesson and Test Cancellations
Bookings are accepted only on the express understanding that your instructor will not be liable for any costs, expenses, damages, claims or losses caused or incurred from you or any third parties following our refusal or inability to provide a car for any reason or test, for the lack of availability of any vehicle or instructor for a lesson or test or from a cancellation of any lesson or test how so ever caused or for whatever reason.
